Rob Frost-Dean
Director, Search Engine Optimization
As Director of SEO, Rob Frost-Dean oversees the development and implementation of strategies to optimize a customer’s online organic presence, improve search engine visibility, and enhance local business listings to drive organic traffic, promote brand visibility, and increase customer engagement. “I am passionate about my work because I love the psychology of Search Engine Optimization that’s required to understand and influence the behavior of both search engines and human users. It involves catering to the cognitive and emotional aspects of user experience, such as crafting compelling meta titles and descriptions to entice clicks, and optimizing website structure and content to align with users' search intent. Additionally, it taps into the psychology of trust and credibility, as users are more likely to engage with websites that appear authoritative and reliable in search results,” Rob says.
A graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems, Rob has spent 20+ years developing and implementing innovative SEO for brands including Gap, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Cheap Caribbean, and ARS. In his third year at Imaginuity, Rob remarks, “I love working at Imaginuity because it is a customer-focused company where individual employees have the power to drive agency success, making for a dynamic and fulfilling experience. Here, every team member feels empowered to directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's overall growth by leveraging their unique skills and insights. This collaborative and customer-centric culture fosters a sense of ownership and accountability that drives innovation and exceptional service delivery.”
When he’s not collaborating with teammates or interpreting the latest SEO guidelines changes from Google, Rob spends a lot of his time traveling—especially road trips to the beach—with his partner and their dogs. “You also can’t beat a great movie night or game night with friends. My favorite holiday is Christmas, and you can never have too many Christmas trees!”
